This didn't work!
We are learning to weigh and compare the mass and the weight of objects at maths time.First we tried some problem solving- making our own balance with a can and a piece of corflute!
This way did!

Next we made different shaped cats with a measured amount of play dough. Everyone's ball of dough weighed the same but the cats all looked different! Would the scales balance when we weighed them?
Yes they did!
