End of the Year Celebration in Room1

Today Room 1 enjoyed a yummy Christmas morning tea and played musical chairs and pass the parcel. Then we pulled Christmas crackers with a partner and sang some Christmas songs.  Liz and I were having so much fun that we forgot to take photos! Suddenly there was a big surprise- two big baskets of presents arrived for us from all the Room 1 children and their families!  Liz and I were so delighted that you have all enjoyed your first year of schooling in Room 1. We have loved teaching you!

Last Swimming Day!

We had lots of fun on our last school swimming day of the year!
Nelly's dad and Johnny's mum jumped in the pool and played games with us!!!

Christmas Concert

We were so proud of everyone in Room1 at the Christmas Concert!
You sang all the words beautifully and your actions were awesome!
Well done Room1! You are fabulous!!!

Athletic Sports

On Monday we completed half of our Junior Athletic Sports before it began to rain and we had to stop!
We will finish the rest of the activities next Tuesday in the morning.
