I am teaching Room 7 for 2 weeks and we have been doing lots of science investigations!
Can you push a pencil through a plastic bag of water without spilling a drop? Most people in Room 7 thought NO.

No one thought yes!
We tried it out to see!

No! It is SCIENCE!
The plastic in the bags contains stretchy polymers which stretch like tight elastic around the pencils as they are pushed through. Try it at home using a very sharp pencil!
