Grandparents Day today!



Room1 were so excited that today was Grandparent's Day! We have all been working hard learning about our Family Trees, drawing and writing about our grandparents, learning songs to sing and collecting up special things that grandparents have given us.
We had a wonderful afternoon showing and sharing with you and a delicious afternoon tea!
Thank you to all the grandparents and grand friends and every one who helped with the lovely food and photos for the slide show.

What a fantastic afternoon you put on for us! The singing was lovely, the stories beautifully read and the artwork was amazing. Then you gave us a feast for afternoon tea. Congratulations and thank you for inviting us.
