2017 Christmas Message

 I have loved teaching Room1 year and am so proud of how much the children have achieved. I hope you all have a Happy Christmas and a great summer holiday.
Fingers crossed this gorgeous weather continues into the new year.
Parents, enjoy your children and I look forward to seeing them back at school in 2018. I will follow their progress in the future as they move through the school.

Our Fire station visit

I was so proud of you Room1 when we visited the Easbourne Fire station at the end of our fire Safety unit.
You all remembered the safety rules - Get Down, Get Low, Get out Fast and STOP, DROP and ROLL
It was great to hear you asking sensible questions about the tasks firemen and women do when the siren at the firestation rings.

7 layer cake

Today we put together and ate our 7 layer cake!
Room1 voted for this treat for filling our "good talking" marble jar for the 3rd time!
Well done Room1. 
You are awesome and so are your mums for making the 7 layers!
