Certificates Week 2

Congratulations to our assembly certificate winners this week.
Mrs Ryan won a certificate too for science!
We won the assembly bear as well for being the best class.
Well done Room 1! We are all awesome!

Class Treaty

Room 1 have written some special rules to make our class a safe and happy place for everyone.

Making a Book

This week we have been reading a book called Bubbles and today we decided to make our own shared story. This is called innovating on a text. We are learning to do this at writing time.
We hope you like it!
We printed out the story and took photographs to match the words and then stuck them on black paper.

Madia's first day of school

Today we were lucky to have Madia start school in Room1.
Her mum is Mrs Skilton who teaches Room12.
It was great to have her dad come along to school this morning too!

Our Portraits

We have had a great first week back at school and have just completed

Letter e is a tricky letter to write so we are practising in lots of ways.
