Week 9 Celebrations and moving on to Room 4.
Room 4 have been an awesome class to have in Room 1!
I have loved being your teacher!
Everyone earned a certificate for their special talents today!
Well done to our certificate winners at Junior Assembly as well!
I was lucky to be given these beautiful flowers at our celebration morning tea. Thank you so much to Emmy's mum Janelle, Charlie's mum Michelle, Sienna's mum Charlotte and our wonderful teacher aide Fiona for their help and to all the parents who sent the yummy food. I was touched to receive so many lovely cards from both parents and children!
I especially loved the special goodbye song that Isabelle,Sienna, Fern, Emma and Lottie sang at junior assembly!
Enjoy moving to Room 4! You will all have a wonderful year with Mrs Cody!

LIfe cycle plates
Room 4 have just completed a science assessment that was so much fun.
The students had to design, create and describe the monarch butterfly life cycle using different types of pasta and leaves and twigs collected from the school playground.
Everyone did an amazing job!
Well done Room 4!

Life Education
Harold the Giraffe has been teaching us how to look after ourselves and our classmates. We have had 2 lessons in the truck which has been very exciting! Room 4 have looked after Harold's puppet friends and learned about some parts of the body with TAM, a life size model. We have practised the words to say if you want to join in a game with your classmates.
