School Production recount

In room 1 we are writing recounts of events that are important to us. First we draw a row of brainstorm sketches in our writing books to get our ideas in the right order. Next we write a sentence about each sketch, trying to use some WOW (interesting) words to describe what is happening.  We hope you enjoy reading these published recounts about The Uno Effect production. The stories are displayed on the wall in Room 1.

Mini Olympics

Yesterday the school participated in the Muritai School
 Mini Olympics!

We all enjoyed re-enacting the ceremony and competing in the events organised by the clever year 7&8 students! Thank you year 7&8 students and teachers!

 It was great fun to work together in teams as a whole school!

ShakeOut

Today the whole school participated in the Great New Zealand ShakeOut!
