Science Week: Fizz Inflator

In this experiment we mixed vinegar and baking soda in a bottle with a balloon stretched over  the top.
Mixing vinegar and baking soda creates  carbon dioxide gas which then fills the balloon and blows it up!

It was very exciting to watch!
